  I am extremely disappointed in most of the service I received. I was treated like I was a lower class human by two of the staff, the doctor and the person that handles appointments and the price of the next services needed. The only peoples that treated as an equal was the dental assistant and receptionist, although the initial contact with the receptionist was not well received. When I called to make my initial appointment they told me (of course) to come in 15 minutes early to fill out the new patient forms. I came in 15 minutes early (7:45 am for an 8:00 am appointment) but they still didn't open the door until 8:00. Why tell someone to come in 15 minutes early if they don't open the doors? The doctor seemed like I was interfering in his life, and as I mentioned earlier, he treated me like a lower class human. He actually seemed to get upset when I told him what past dentist had told me about my teeth. The only thing he ask me was what brought me in to see a dentist. He did his thing and told the assistant in dental talk what all was wrong with my teeth and I guess was finish because he just got up and walked out the door without telling me anything. I had to ask the assistant what his diagnosis was. As far as the person that handles scheduling appoints and prices of services... I almost got into an argument with her because of the way she was treating and talking to me... RUDELY !!!!! I am not sure if the dental plan I have will cover me going to another dentist office or not but if they wont then I am going to change to a different dental payment plan company because I AM NOT going back to Aspen Dental.

  I have always liked Aspen Dental for my dental needs. Staff are friendly and always act in a professional way. However... the one thing that I don't care too much is the situation that every time I go to Aspen Dental for my appointment, I see a different doctor. I can't develop some kind of relationship i.e. trust etc. if I see different doctors... The staff told me that it is hard to keep doctors to stay long ( they don't like the New Philadelphia area ? ). Hope this will change or I will be force to go to Canton ( Aspen Dental ) for my dental needs..... Thank you Aida Samson

  Everyone was so nice with my Ma. The office manager Kellie explained everything and make sure Ma knew everything she spoke of. Glad I brought Ma here while I was in town. These people are good!
